We are proud to introduce our latest innovation in electronic base materials – the SF490 PET Transparent Flexible Copper Clad Laminate (FCCL). Designed by Shengyi Technology, this advanced material is specifically engineered to meet the demands of modern electronics for high transparency, flexibility, and reliability. Ideal for applications such as flexible displays, touch panels, wearable devices, and smart electronics, the SF490 FCCL is a game-changer in the PCB industry.


1.Core Advantages of SF490 PET Transparent FCCL

(1). High Transparency and Aesthetics

Optical-Grade PET Film: With a light transmittance of over 90%, the SF490 FCCL enables nearly invisible circuit designs, making it perfect for high-end applications like transparent displays and curved screens.

Surface Flatness: The material is free from bubbles and impurities, ensuring a sleek and aesthetically pleasing finish for end products.


(2). Excellent Flexibility and Bend Resistance

Customizable Thickness: The base material thickness can be customized (typical values range from 75 to 188μm), paired with ultra-thin copper foil (1/2OZ - 1OZ), supporting dynamic bending with a bending radius of ≤1mm and bend-resistant cycles of ≥100,000 times.


Fatigue Resistance: The SF490 FCCL maintains stable electrical performance even after long-term bending, making it ideal for cutting-edge applications like foldable smartphones and rollable screens.


(3). Stable Electrical Performance

Low Dielectric Constant (Dk) and Loss (Df): The SF490 FCCL reduces signal transmission loss, making it suitable for high-frequency and high-speed signal transmission, such as 5G millimeter waves and flexible antennas.


Controlled Copper Foil Roughness: Ensures consistent line impedance and improves high-frequency signal integrity.The coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) is 7.5×10⁻⁶/K in the temperature range of 40°C - 400°C, ensuring stability and durability under varying thermal conditions.


(4). High Temperature and Chemical Resistance

Wide Temperature Range: The SF490 FCCL operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +130°C, passing lead-free soldering processes and meeting SMT manufacturing requirements.


Chemical Resistance: Resistant to acids, alkalis, and solvents, the material maintains structural stability and electrical reliability in complex environments.This PCB is capable of carrying large currents, making it suitable for high-power applications where reliability and performance are critical.
